I had actually wanted to blog about this for ages, but never got around to it, because it’s a complicated matter and it’s not easy to come up with the right terms in English, because the German system seems to … Continue reading
My MS Is Really Trying to Kick My Butt This Year
When I got my first Tysabri IV on 3rd June I didn’t naively believe that it would manage to stop my MS from progressing right away. I knew it would take some time for this medication to take effect and … Continue reading
My 1st Tysabri IV
My first Tysabri IV (read this state of my health blog post from April for details) was originally scheduled for 13th May. I had to cancel it because I was sick and the MS nurse and I rescheduled it for … Continue reading
My Declining Health…
Yes, I know the title is melodramatic, but I thought it goes along well with the title of my last post. I sometimes am a nerd that way But I’m afraid to say, it also is pretty accurate, even though … Continue reading
Today's Leftovers, 3rd issue, 2011
I’m still feeling pretty crappy. The acute MS symptoms are still bothering me, especially as they don’t lessen as much or as fast as I’d love them to. I’m suffering from worse “after effects” of the IV than ever before … Continue reading
Today's Leftovers, 2nd issue, 2011
Health update: The acute MS symptoms have still only lessened a bit. I know the corticoisteorid IVs don’t always help magically over night but it still sucks. So do the side effects of the IVs, even though I’ve already had … Continue reading
Miscellaneous – January 14th, 2011
I had planned to write a “Leftovers” post for days now. But it can’t be called leftovers when it’s not the end of the day yet, can it? ~ A few days ago I started to feel an MS attack … Continue reading
Still Feeling Off
Even after three additional days at home I’m feeling slightly off. Not as much as on the weekend or Monday, but still… Every once in a while my heart still beats like a jack-hammer, even though if I’m not exerting … Continue reading

Ugh!
I didn’t feel too bad yesterday on the day after the last IV. The symptoms have lessened quite a lot, which I’m grateful for and which is the only thing makes the whole corticoidsteroid IV bearable. Because today? I feel … Continue reading
Day 5 – Done! (And Completely Done In)
After a packed and busy first week and second week during which I was sick, my lodgings definitely turned into a messy and filthy crapartment, like Lexie Grey would have called it. That didn’t stop me from spending over an … Continue reading
