I have used that one ever since...Outlander Chronicles 2013

The William Monk Novel Series
One of the reasons I enjoy the Outlander audiobooks so much is, that the narrator Davina Porter is doing such a marvellous job with it. She really brings all the characters to life and gives each of them a very … Continue reading

2012 in Retrospect
I had already started writing a “2012 in Retrospect” post over the last few days, but it just never felt right. I’m not sure if I’m just not in the right mood for a look back or if I’m just … Continue reading

Jumble of Thoughts #008 (Work, Vacation, Guilty Pleasures and my Car)
And then all of a sudden it’s another three weeks without a blog post *sigh* I’m just too busy or too tired (from the busy days) to sit down and write a bit. I really should try to just find … Continue reading
Getting Ready For Job Interview…
I still have to post some photos from the Stockholm trip and I had really planned to do that this week. But then two different and totally unrelated events kept me or at least my mind busy. First and most … Continue reading
Jumble of Thoughts #007 (Stockholm, Hockey, Books, Grey’s…)
The week in Stockholm passed much too quickly. Seriously, why does time fly when you’re having a great time but seems to only move at snail pace when you’re bored or miserable? There’s a nice Einstein quote for that problem … Continue reading

Jumble of Thoughts #001
I think in 2012 I’ll be going with “Jumble of Thoughts” as title for this random collection of thoughts and reviews and stuff from my life ° ° ° ° I guess it was a good decision to not make … Continue reading

My Very Own “The Scottish Prisoner” Advertisment :-)
In 12 days Diana Gabaldon’s new novel “The Scottish Prisoner” will be published in Europe and I can’t wait to read it. Why? Well, I admit, first and foremost because I will finally meet my favourite fictional character again: Jamie … Continue reading

The Amazing World of Thursday Next…
I bought the first book of the Thursday Next novel series sometime in 2007, I think. I didn’t read it until the christmas/new year holiday 2009/2010 and then spent the first weeks of 2010 reading the remaining books of this … Continue reading
